Description
“tert-Butylphenyl imidazolylphenyl sulfonamide” is a synthetic compound that has been identified as a selective SCF/c-Kit inhibitor . It has a molecular weight of 355.5 Da and is cell-permeable . It is known to block SCF-induced c-kit and Erk phosphorylation without affecting HGF-induced Erk phosphorylation . It also shows antiangiogenic effects and abolishes melanin production in vivo .
